Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer each year since 2012. No more than 5% of the lawyers in the state achieve this recognition. The selection process for Super Lawyers is a comprehensive, good-faith, and detailed attempt to produce a list of lawyers that have attained high peer recognition, meet ethical standards and have demonstrated some degree of achievement in their field.

Top 100 Trial Lawyers – The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 is an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state who meet stringent qualifications as civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense trial lawyers, and who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and public profile.

Pennsylvania Rising Star – Recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” (2010 and 2011). This peer recognition acknowledges the top 2.5% of lawyers statewide under the age of 40.

The National Trial Lawyers Association: Top 40 Under 40 is a professional organization whose members exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. Membership is by invitation only and selection is based on peer nominations as well as third-party research. (2011-2012)

Practice Areas

Kevin represents clients involved in personal injury, automobile, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, catastrophic injury cases, product liability, and wrongful death litigation. He has obtained substantial awards and settlements for clients’ accidents and has tried numerous cases before judges and juries in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Monroe, Wayne, Susquehanna, Wyoming and Delaware Counties as well as Federal Courts in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre. He also assists clients with Workers’ Compensation and Social Security claims.
