Certified Mediator- Middle District of Pennsylvania – This certification is by invitation only and is granted only after completing multiple days of training and testing.

Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer (2011- 2022). No more than 5% of the lawyers in the state achieve this recognition. The selection process for Super Lawyers is a comprehensive, good-faith and detailed attempt to produce a list of lawyers that have attained high peer recognition, meet ethical standards, and have demonstrated some degree of achievement in their field.

Practice Areas

Jim is known for his aggressive and successful representation of clients seriously injured in auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and other catastrophic loss claims, construction accidents, medical malpractice, as well as accidents involving burns, amputations, and product liability claims. He has successfully represented clients in jury trials in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Wayne, Wyoming, Lehigh, and Bucks County, as well as in the Federal Courts in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre.

Jim also handles Workers’ Compensation claims and has received numerous favorable awards on behalf of seriously injured clients.
