A Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate with over 45 years’ experience, Edwin (Ned) Abrahamsen has represented thousands of clients in personal injury litigation and has become well-known for his aggressive and successful representation of clients seriously injured in auto, truck and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death and other catastrophic loss claims, construction accidents, medical malpractice, as well as accidents involving burns, amputations and product liability claims.

Some of the notable cases that Ned has concluded include: securing a $1.4 million dollar settlement in a wrongful death matter involving a defective product; and securing a $1.2 million dollar settlement on behalf of a client who was seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash.

Ned’s practice focuses on personal injury cases, where he has successfully represented clients in the areas of wrongful death; auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents; slip and fall; medical malpractice; construction accidents; deaths, burns and amputations; and dangerous products and machines. As well, he has extensive experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, social security and complex commercial litigation.
