Since 1999, Attorney Kevin Conaboy has worked exclusively representing clients involved in personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation. An experienced litigator, Attorney Conaboy has tried many cases before judges and juries in County Courts throughout Pennsylvania. Since joining our firm in January of 2008, he has obtained substantial awards and settlements for clients injured in motor vehicle and premises liability accidents throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Kevin represents clients involved in personal injury, automobile, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, catastrophic injury cases, product liability, and wrongful death litigation. He has obtained substantial awards and settlements for clients’ accidents and has tried numerous cases before judges and juries in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Monroe, Wayne, Susquehanna, Wyoming and Delaware Counties as well as Federal Courts in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre. He also assists clients with Workers’ Compensation and Social Security claims.
