This corresponds to client representation in ten Pennsylvania counties – Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Wayne, Wyoming, Susquehanna, Carbon, Northampton, and Lehigh. In addition, Josh represents clients located in Warren and Sussex counties in New Jersey and Orange and Sullivan counties in New York.   He will represent you in your claim for disability benefits from the filing of your application through the appeal process if necessary.  Josh also handles appeals to the Federal Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania when Social Security has denied you benefits.
